DESCRIPTION
After month of hard working the boiler of Hitachi on the E.On power plant was ready to receive its official pressure test.

Hitachi approached Anchada Events to help them in organizing the official opening ceremony. Anchade Events assigned InTouch to lead this project.

For this project all staff and 3rd party contractors had to be fully certified according to VCA rules and regulations. On the terrain a big paviljoen was constructed for welcoming all participants into the program. Special walking routes and safety instructions were incorporated on the terrain. After the official launch all attendees into the program received a tour through the ports of Rotterdam executed by Ocean Diva.

This project was a multi-lingual project: Dutch, German, English.

This project belongs to high risks projects with strict safety & security guidelines and full VCA-certifications.
