Who we are?
InTouch is an international project management agency in marketing & communicaton with a specialisation in organizing (trade promotion related) meetings, incentives, conferences and events within The Netherlands and Asia.
InTouch has a proven track record of organizing events in as well the Indo-Dutch business corridor as in (high security) events in The Netherlands. InTouch is certified until 2023 to lead and execute events on venues with high risks (think about power plants, oil plants, tankers).
Our DNA
We believe a client is our most important visitor. A client is not dependent on us, but we depend on him. A client is not an interuption of our work, he/she is the purpose of it. A client is not an outsider in our business, he/she is part of it. We are not doing the client a favor by serving him, he/she is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so!
What we do?
InTouch is able to take full responsibility on all the areas of a project; from advise to ownership on the project management until the event production day.
InTouch can be hired for the whole project, but is equally happy to assist you in a sub-project.
InTouch is known for its professional approach and its loyalty towards its clients and contractors. What drives us is our eagerness to learn more about your country/product/service and you.
It is our aim to not only work with you in this project, but to work together as long as possible!
